systeme.io Pricing: What the Free and Paid Plans Include

Advertising. This site is run independently by Oddlynew GmbH. It is not an official site of any tool listed here, and none of them own, run or endorse it. We take part in the affiliate programs of the tools listed here: that tool's maker pays us a commission when you sign up through a link here. It costs you nothing extra.

systeme.io has a free plan and three paid plans. The short answer: the free plan is enough to launch a first funnel, course or email list, and you only need to pay once you outgrow its limits. This page lists what each plan includes and how to tell when it is time to upgrade.

Prices below are as listed on systeme.io's pricing page, checked on 30 September 2026. Check the current page before you buy, because plans change.

The plans at a glance

PlanPrice per monthContactsSales funnelsCourses
Free0 USD2,00031
Startup17 USD5,000Unlimited5
Webinar47 USD10,000UnlimitedUnlimited
Unlimited97 USDUnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited

All plans include unlimited emails, and systeme.io takes no transaction fee on sales; you pay only your payment provider's fees. Paying yearly gives two months free.

What the free plan includes

  • Up to 2,000 contacts on your email list

  • 3 sales funnels

  • 1 online course

  • Unlimited email sending

  • 1 blog

  • A custom domain

  • No transaction fees

That covers a complete first business: an opt-in page, a sales page, a checkout, an email sequence and a course. Many people run on the free plan for months.

When to upgrade

Upgrade when you hit a limit, not before. The usual triggers:

  • Your list passes 2,000 contacts. Startup raises it to 5,000, Webinar to 10,000.

  • You need a fourth funnel. Every paid plan has unlimited funnels.

  • You sell more than one course. Startup allows 5, Webinar and Unlimited allow any number.

  • You want to run evergreen webinars. That is the reason the Webinar plan exists.

  • You run several brands or domains. Unlimited removes the remaining caps.

A simple rule: if your product earns more each month than the next plan costs, and the limit is what holds you back, upgrade.

How it compares to a stack of separate tools

The alternative to an all in one platform is paying separately for a page builder, an email service, a course host and a checkout. Each of those usually has its own monthly fee, and together they often cost more than a single paid plan here, before counting the time spent connecting them. The trade off is flexibility: separate specialist tools can go deeper in one area. For a first product or a small business, one account is usually the better deal.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. There is no trial period and no card needed to start. The limits are the ones listed above.
